What are the trekking distances to Kedarnath and Yamunotri?

The trek to **Kedarnath** is approximately 16-18 km from Gaurikund/Sonprayag. The trek to **Yamunotri** is about 6 km from Janki Chatti. Both treks can be done on foot, or by hiring ponies, palanquins (palki), or doli services, which we can arrange.

Are there any specific etiquette or customs to be aware of while visiting temples?

When visiting temples, always remove your shoes before entering. Dress modestly, covering your shoulders and knees. Avoid touching idols or sacred objects without permission. Photography might be restricted in some inner sanctums. Show respect for local customs and traditions.
